Yesterday, our session started with sitting in our mindful bodies.
We read the book-Zero that tells us that everyone counts and everyone has value. We don’t need to become like someone else to add value. We have to realize our own value.
We learned Zero breathing in which we all made big imaginary zero in air and inhaled while tracing downwards and exhaled while tracing upwards.
We played tik-tok game and the clapping game.
We discussed how it is to feel loved and happy. Most of us felt happy thinking about our trip to Disneyland:)
As the music started we lay down and listened to the music very quietly.
The session ended with mindful listening to the sound of the bell.
