We started our mindfulness session listening to 2 different singing bowls. It was amazing how different the two sounded.
We read the Mrs.K book again. The idea is to train our mind and body to use mindfulness more and more.
We played ‘Compliment Game’ in which we said something nice the friend sitting next to us. We felt good listening good things about ourselves.
We lay down to practice mindfulness with our body feeling our head, shoulders, back, arms and legs. Then we imagined ourselves on a beach with sand under our feet. A child remembered their vacation on the beach from that imaginary walk in the beach.
Finally, we sent good wishes to a person we love, a person we don’t know very well, a person we dislike, and finally to ourselves!
